At Ethereal Tips, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our press-on nails and beauty accessories. Each set is carefully made to ensure you receive a product that is stylish, durable, and crafted with care. Because of the handmade and personal nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. However, your satisfaction is very important to us, and we will address any issues with defective products as outlined below.

No Refund Policy

  • Custom Handmade Products: All of our press-on nails are handmade to order. As each set is unique and created specifically for you, we are unable to accept refunds.

Defective Product Policy

If your order arrives defective, we will gladly review your claim. A product is considered defective if it is damaged or unusable upon opening and initial application.

  • Notification Period: Please notify us of any defects within 7 days of receiving your order. Claims made after this period will not be considered.

  • Proof of Defect: To process your claim, we require:

    • A detailed description of the defect

    • Clear photographs of the defect and the entire product

    • Your order number and contact details

 

Resolution Process:

  • Once we receive your claim, our team will review it within 3–5 business days.

  • If the product is deemed defective, we will offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement item or store credit.

 

How to File a Claim

To submit a defective product claim, please:

  1. WhatsApp us at +65 8825 7587 or email us at care@etherealtips.com with the subject line: “Defective Product Claim – [Your Order Number]”.

  2. Include the required proof of defect.

  3. Our team will respond within 3–5 business days.

 

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns for:

  • Products that have been used beyond the first application

  • Products that have been altered, modified, or tampered with

  • Products damaged due to improper application, storage, or care
